Smudge Sticks
The Smudge Stick is to be lit over a ceramic bowl filled with sand. Blowing lightly onto it as it burns creates a smoke, which purifies the body as well as the environment of home, workplace or healing space. After the smoke ceremony, the Smudge Stick is extinguished in the same bowl of sand and saved for later use.

Smudge Sticks are only to be lighted in the presence of adults.

The Smudge Stick contains 100 % natural plants collected in an ecological manner. The plants are not harmed and nothing is destroyed. Before cutting a plant or removing any of its leaves, the plant is asked for its consent. In this way, the Smudge Sticks become a source of powerful energy.
